V.    TUBULAR STATIONARY BATTERIES :-

On successfully achieving our goal in manufacturing and marketing of Automotive Batteries
and the same is well accepted in the replacement market since long time.  AP&BP stepped in to manufacturing stationary cells with a flurry of  disciplined activity was witnessed.  Attention to detail, stringent quality control  tests, scrutiny  of  raw-materials, import of high-tech machinery were some of the steps taken to ensure a reliable source of power.  Highly competent professionals were hard to meet end user  requirement.

Technological expertise and rigid quality control are secrets behind the success of AP&BP
is one of the manufacturer full range of lead acid batteries  in the country.  They are priority list of quality conscious buyers like Govt. of India, Defense, Power House Installation, Telephone Exchange, Railway Train Lighting and etc.

Constructional Features  :-

AP&BP Stationery cells are assembled in Hard Rubber Container with Tubular Positive Plates and Negative pasted flat plates, using micro porous separators for insulation.  These are supplied complete with inter cell connectors, acid level indicators plus with a choice of ceramic / aquagen  ordinary  vent plugs.

Tubular Positive Plates  :-

Tubular Positive Plates are made of spine grids with fine grained structure.  The grids with high corrosion resistance, low electrical resistance and greater strength.  The spine grids inserted in a polyester bag with active materials.  The Polyester bag having high  oxidation and acid resistance, raptures strength and good porosity with appropriate mesh size enables the electrolyte to penetrate freely while acting as an effective retainer for the highly active materials.

Negative Plates  :-

Negative plates are designed  to match the power and long life of the Tubular positive plates.  The active materials are blend of oxide, special additives and expanders which aids
longevity of the battery life.

Cell container is made of high impact resistant polypropylene which will withstand shock and breakages during service.  Polypropylene has both acid resistant and insulating resistant properties.

Top Cover  :-

Made of Hard Rubber with Vent holes.

Separator  :-

The positive element and negative element clubbed  together  and inter spread  with high  quality micro porous PVC  Separators.  By virtue of high porosity, low electrical resistance and excellent oxidation resistance serve as perfect separation medium.

Performance features  :-

1.    Initial Capacity is attained instantaneously or with in a few cycles.
2.    AP&BP Stationary Cells have a remarkable ability to float successfully on mains for a
long period.  This is a result of care full alloy composition providing high resistance to
over charging and low self-discharge characteristics.
3.    Rigid quality control measures long life for AP&BP Stationary Cells.
4.    AP&BP Stationery Cells have less maintenance problems.
5.    Stationary Cells have high ratio of power to volume and weight.

Application  :-  AP&BP Stationary Cells are used.

1.  Power Station  :  Stationary Cells ensured un-interrupted supply of current for operating
remote control and automatic protection devices.  They are used in circuit breakers,
field rheostat, values and emergency light.

2.  Telephone Exchange :-   Stationary Cells supply direct current for transmitting, signalling,
     switching and power devices.

3.  Emergency Lighting  :-  Stationary Cells Provides emergency lighting in hospitals and
     public assemblies.

4.  Railways  :-  Stationary cells are widely used in railways signalling systems and
     telecommunications  systems.
